Final year candidate in Physics at Institut de Ciència de Materials de Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC). Before this, I did my Bachelor in Physics at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) where I worked as a research assistant at the Magnetism Laboratory focusing studies on Spin-transfer Torque devices. In 2015, I concluded my Masters in Physics at the same university with the master thesis project of synthesis and characterization of Resistive Memories of diffusive TiO2 using ion beam analysis.
My Ph.D. project is in the area of condensed matter physics focused on the synthesis and application of ferroelectric tunnel junction as memristors for neuromorphic computing. I am interested in the application of adaptive oxides as a component for neuromorphic computing.
